In the year of grace 1095, at the Council of Clermont, our Pope Urban II addressed the knights and faithful gathered there.

Before this assembly, which had come from all corners of Christendom, he called upon the men of the West to aid the Christians of the East and to defend the Holy Places.

His voice resonated as a call to honor and faith:

"What a shame if such a despised people, slaves of demons, were to triumph over the nation devoted to the worship of God and honored by the name of Christian!"

Milites Christi, "soldiers of Christ", was the term used in the Middle Ages to refer to knights engaged in the defense of the Christian faith.

Waldhari's Milites Christi capsule collection is inspired by this heritage and the events of the First Crusade, between the call to arms in 1095 and the capture of Jerusalem in 1099.

The Milites Christi capsule collection comprises three complementary pieces: two faded black t-shirts and a sweatshirt, each inspired by an iconic moment of the First Crusade.

Together, they form a coherent series based on the imagery of knights and the history of Christendom.
